Meet The Team – Andrew Blair

Andrew is our much loved accountant at Mackintosh at the Willow. Since joining the team just under a year and a half ago he has been a truly invaluable member of our small team. Let’s here more from Andrew:

What is your favourite colour? Purple.

Favourite food from our menus? The Scotch Beef Bourguignon.

What are your hobbies? Looking after the Grandchildren takes up a lot of my spare time but I enjoy watch collecting.

How long have you been working at Mackintosh at the Willow? Almost a year and a half now.

Can you tell us what your favourite room at Mackintosh at the Willow is and why? The Billiard Room – I like to imagine what it would have been like to enjoy it fully in its historical context.

What do you like most about working here? The comradery of the whole team is wonderful, it makes for a very happy working environment for everyone.

What is your favourite season at the building? Summer – it get’s so busy and it’s great to see the tea rooms filled with Scottish sunlight.
