What is your best memory of working here?

We held a function for around 150 people in the main tea rooms for a birthday party and the atmosphere was brilliant, the buzz of the whole thing from set up to finish. I love helping with the logistics of events like those.

Describe the best dish you have had from Mackintosh at the Willow

The sweet potato curry or the turkey from the Festive Menus.

What are your hobbies?

DJiing, golf, Occasional jigsaw and playing Xbox.

How long have you been working at Mackintosh at the Willow?

I’ve been at MATW since 12/08/2019 – around 18 months.

What is your favourite thing about working at Mackintosh at the Willow?

I’ve loved seeing the development of our team in the tea rooms. We are very lucky to have young, keen and eager staff, who want to develop their skills and confidence.

What is your favourite room at Mackintosh at the Willow and why?

I love the billiard room as I think it’s an amazing space and has the feel of a snug.

What is your favourite tea from our menu?

I love the fruitier teas so a toss up between the cloud catcher or blue lady.
