The mushroom risotto. Love the fact it can be made vegan.

Drawing, embroidery, making jewellery and yoga.

How long have you been working at Mackintosh at the Willow?
2years.

Can you tell us what your favourite room at Mackintosh at the Willow is and why?
The Gallery is my favourite part of the building. I enjoy working up there the most because when the sun is out it shines through the celling windows.

What do you like most about working here?
Being part of an fantastic team and an historical building.

What is your favourite season at the building?
Definitely has to be summer. Love it being busy and seeing so many different people from all over the world.
